Support Groups
In the support group we will learn to identify and label our emotions we will ask what happens in my body, what I think, what I feel and if one of my emotions does not I can control them. I will learn some skills.
Like a deep breath, I will visualize that which is pleasant for me, I will distract my thoughts, I will listen and share my feelings and experiences many times painful with my other colleagues or colleagues I will not find criticism I will receive
information about perinatal depression care that implies I am going to talk about it, about the decisions we can make consequences, we will exchange ideas, information that we will learn to solve problems because it is an inter learning and we will understand that we are not the only ones we are going through difficult times, and that is why so much that we are not alone, I will discover that I have many resources to get ahead and we will remember that
