Community Health Worker Coalition for Migrants and Refugees spreads their services through trusted members of the communities or CHWs for more than 10 years, and for 3 years as an independent Non-Profit organization. Hundred of members are actively involved in helping people understand, prevent and vaccinate against the COVID-19, providing food, clothes, health education and most important spreading love in our state. CHWCMR works with schools and religious based organizations, other small 501c3 organizations, migrants, and refugees communities in Snohomish, King County, Pierce County, Olympia, Thurston, Grange, Moses Lake, Skagit, Marysville, Yakima and other rural areas.
Our Programs in Depression, Maternal Behavioral Health, COVID-19, Pesticides, Cancer, Oral Health, Mesoamerican Indigenous, Influenza, Economic Relief, Environmental Justice and our Los Originales CHW Radio have reached more than 100,000 during this year.
