Cultural Humility and Competences

Cultural humility recognizes that individual work is important and institutions must engage in the same work of self-reflection criticism and self-criticism, mitigate power inequalities and develop partnerships mutually beneficial to transform inequality, discrimination and biased organizational cultures and policies. Organizations are encouraged to face the mirror, look at your reflections and respond with questions motivated by the
curiosity to develop policies and work environments that are fair, accessible, respectful and inclusive.
